John Fu is an experienced global business advisor, training facilitator and executive coach with a passion to help companies build global success through strategic planning and people development. For twenty years John has advised companies on their global innovation, product strategies and leadership impact. He specializes in organization and leadership development, business development and business process optimization. His client work includes executive coaching, team development, change management, business process innovation and cross-cultural communication. John applies a practical approach anchored in first-hand experience. He facilitates workshops to help global companies create strategies, develop go-to-market plans, drive innovation and build effective global leaders and teams.  John is a frequent speaker on global business strategy.
Prior to his consulting career John worked as the China general manager for a large American professional service company, where he built the China business and team. He also worked as a marketing specialist at a global FMCG company and was responsible for the launching strategy for multiple products in China.
  
A native of China, John splits his time between Asia, Europe and the US. Armed with a profound understanding of the different business cultures in these regions John continues to work with large and medium-sized companies in building their future success through strategy, organization and people. He lectures at the Copenhagen Business School. He speaks fluent English and Chinese.
