DR. YING YING LIU

Dr. Liu supports organizations, executive teams, and young people in successfully achieving their global leadership objectives. She has worked with more than 100 multinational companies and has a solid understanding of international business processes, systems and structures. Dr. Liu brings to her work broad experience and perspectives gained from working across many different industries. She brings insights from a cross-cultural perspectives, her classical music background, and as a founder of an arts conservation education charity. Passionate about developing people, Dr. Liu has spent the last 18 years as a facilitator, consultant and executive coach in the areas of global leadership, cross-cultural communications, diversity and inclusion, and global team development. Her clients have included C-suite executives, international board members, regional and country heads, senior to middle management and young leaders.
She has significant experience facilitating changes in organizational culture and integrating Western and Asian business practices under different market conditions. During the last ten years, she has delivered large-scale, multi-module, blended inclusive leadership development programs in the APAC region. Born and raised in China, Dr. Liu received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in the United States. She taught in the U.S. at the university level for six years. Dr. Liu is an accomplished classical pianist and singer. She has performed at major events on three continents.
Ying Ying has a special interest in wildlife conservation and preserving biodiversity. She founded and directs the Hong Kong-based public charity LumiVoce – A Voice for the Wild, which combines two of her passions: music and wildlife. She inspires people, especially the young generation, to care and protect wildlife through education, utilizing the power of the arts and creativity to preserve biodiversity.
